During the quarter ended March 31, 2023, Company has received In Principle approval for 1,34,70,108 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on a preferential basis pursuant to share swap. Thereafter, Company passed the Circular Resolution on March 18, 2023 to allot 1,34,70,108 fully paid-up equity shares having nominal value of Rs. 10/- to the existing shareholders of the Eco Hotels India Private Limited (CIN U55101KL2008PTC022097).

Therefore, there was a difference in the shareholding and Grand Total of the Promoter and Non Promoters.
